About Tracy Engel

Tracy Engel, Food Bank Director, is using her 35 years of food industry and management experience to guide our operations. Beginning at the River Valley Regional Food Bank in 2014 as Director of Agency and Volunteer Relations gave her a deep appreciation of our member agencies and their constituents we serve.

Tracy says, “I’m proud of our Food Bank for the efficiency and passion we operate. Expanding the vehicle fleet we use to collect and distribute nearly 24 million pounds of food a year for people in need has made a huge difference and working with our partner agencies to serve over 100,000 neighbors monthly makes what we do so rewarding.”

Her core passions lie in ensuring that the selection of foods the food bank provides to member agencies is highly nutritional. She loves the work the food bank does with and for Veterans as the daughter of a Marine.

A native of Van Buren, Tracy has been married to Larry Engel for 37 years. They have two daughters, Taylor and Hunter, and one son, Noah, and are avid Arkansas Razorback fans.
